Dream Team
REAL Church Dream Team
Our Dream Team consists of multiple serve teams that collectively create the REAL Church experience at church services and events. Our teams are powered by volunteers who love God, love people, and have a heart to serve. It will help you better understand how God has wired you.

Communications Team
The Communications Team shares the story of what God is doing at and through REAL Church. Through social, live, digital, and print media, photography, video, and design, they communicate clearly, creatively, and consistently to reach people and keep our church connected.
Facilities Team
The Facilities Team makes church happen every week. From transforming spaces during setup to restoring them after service, they serve with excellence to create and maintain a clean, safe, and ready environment for worship.
Hospitality Team
The Hospitality Team sets the tone for every guest’s experience. From the parking lot to the seat, our parking attendants, greeters, and ushers create a warm, welcoming, and loving environment where everyone feels seen, valued, and at home.
Missions & Outreach Team
The Missions & Outreach Team extends the love of Jesus beyond the walls of the church. Through local and global initiatives, they serve the community, meet practical needs, and share the gospel in tangible, impactful ways.
Prayer Team
The Prayer Team covers every service, leader, and need in prayer. With a heart for intercession and care, they stand in the gap for others, creating space for God to move and minister through the power of prayer.
Production Team
The Production Team brings the worship experience to life through sound, lighting, and visuals. Working behind the scenes, they ensure every moment—from the message to the music—is clear, distraction-free, and engaging both in-person and online.
REAL Kidz Ministry
REAL Kidz is where faith becomes real for the next generation. This team creates a safe, fun, and engaging environment where children learn about Jesus on their level, build relationships, and develop a strong spiritual foundation. You can also edit this by clicking on it.
Worship Team
The Worship Team leads our church into the presence of God through music and praise. With a commitment to excellence, authenticity, and Spirit-led worship, this team creates an atmosphere where people can encounter Jesus and respond freely to Him.
