Nisheen Stephens

Secretary

Nisheen Stephens’ ministry began after he was called to serve at the young age of 12 at Holy Temple Church of Christ under the leadership of Bishop Joseph Weathers. He later served as a minister at the age of 17 at Foundation Pentecostal Holiness Church, as an armor bearer to Bishop John Paul James for four years.

During one of the most detrimental times in his life, when he was facing more than 20 years in prison, Nisheen established Israel Seed Prison Ministries at the age of 25. He ministered to over 2,000 inmates after God turned the judge’s heart, resulting in a sentence of two years’ time served. He continued in ministry and was later ordained as an Elder within Abide in Christ Ministries under the leadership of Pastor Michael Henderson.

Nisheen’s heart for serving countless youth within the community positioned him as Youth Leader and Service Coordinator at Jericho City of Praise for over 14 years, ministering under the leadership of both Apostle Betty P. Peebles and Joel R. Peebles. While serving as Youth Leader, Nisheen and his wife established an “Innertainment” outreach ministry, better known as Christ Cafe, where many youths were mentored into serving in ministry outside the walls of the church.

Nisheen studied Economics at Northern Virginia Community College, Business Law at U.S. Graduate School, and completed the Unification Theology Seminary Bachelor’s Program for Ministry.

Currently, Nisheen is a member of Real Church in La Plata, MD, under the pastoral leadership of Pastor Decolby Hill. Today, he serves on numerous boards and committees in both church and professional organizations. He continues to successfully organize, host, and moderate countless community affairs, forums, events, and conferences. He is also a published author of the acclaimed book Message in Our Mess – Spiritual Letters of Lessons to Young Men. He has been noted for his operative anointing in the prophetic, both spoken and written. Nisheen is also a conduit of direct revelation — a teacher, line by line and precept upon precept.

Nisheen married the wife of his youth, Maxann Woodard, at the young and tender age of 22, and they have four loving daughters.
