Micah Crumbley

Mr. Micah Crumbley has been a member of REAL Church since 2021 and is honored to serve on the Board of Trustees. A retired Air Force veteran, Micah dedicated more than 25 years to serving the nation, leading diverse teams across the United States and overseas. Throughout his military career, he was known for humility, integrity, and servant leadership. Originally from Bessemer, Alabama, Micah met the love of his life, Shayla, while stationed in Japan. Outside of church, he enjoys traveling, spending time with his wife and their children—Miari, Micah Jr., and Khristian—and maintaining an active lifestyle while pursuing personal and spiritual growth. 

At REAL Church, Micah actively serves in both the Missions & Outreach Ministry and The Vault Men’s Ministry. He values relationships, spiritual accountability, and growing alongside other men of faith. He believes true leadership begins with a heart surrendered to Christ and is demonstrated through faithful service to others. 

Serving on the REAL Church Board of Trustees is both a privilege and a calling that Micah embraces with gratitude. He is committed to faithfully stewarding the trust placed in him, protecting the church’s mission, and serving with wisdom, humility, and integrity. Micah is dedicated to supporting REAL Church’s vision by loving God, loving people, helping transform lives, communities, and generations through Jesus Christ. He strives to live out the values of relevance, excellence, authenticity, and love in every opportunity to serve God, the church, and others.
