Lisa M. Hackley
Lisa M. Hackley accepted Christ at the age of 12 at New Southern Rock Baptist Church in Washington, DC, beginning a lifelong commitment to faith, service, and leadership within the church and her community.
Lisa has been a member of REAL church since July 2022 and serves as the REAL Church Executive Assistant and Outreach Ministry Leader.
Over the years, Lisa has held numerous ministry roles in outreach, women’s ministry, missions, and administrative leadership, and she has been recognized for her dedicated volunteer service. Professionally, she devoted more than 35 years to the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) in Washington, DC, earning multiple awards for excellence.
Lisa has also been a leader in youth athletics and mentoring, serving in numerous roles with the District Heights Boys and Girls Club, coaching basketball alongside her son. She received the Woman of the Year honors from Prince George’s County Parks and Recreation. In addition, she founded a mentoring group for girls from 2008-2011. Lisa held executive leadership roles with the Charles County Literacy Council, and actively supported community initiatives such as the Homeless, Alzheimer’s, and Diabetes Walks. Her passion for volunteering and helping others remains central to her life, along with her love for travel, especially to Aruba and Costa Rica. Lisa has two sons, one daughter in-love and one granddaughter.
