Cassandra Cole

Minister Cassandra Cole is a licensed Christian minister and lifelong educator whose calling centers on nurturing children through faith, learning, and compassionate instruction. With more than 40 years of experience in education and child development, she brings wisdom, patience, and joy to every ministry and teaching opportunity. A native of Greeneville, Tennessee, she began serving children at an early age through childcare and summer camp leadership—early experiences that shaped her life’s work in both the classroom and the church.  

Minister Cole earned her degree in Early Childhood Education / Special Education from East Tennessee State University, where she began her career teaching in the Infant and Toddler Center. She later served for 13 years as Preschool Director and Kindergarten Teacher at Renaissance Christian Academy in Suitland, Maryland. She also helped develop and manage reading intervention programs at Shadd Elementary School in Washington, D.C., served as an instructor for Early Childhood Certification programs with the Hope Organization, and worked for more than 15 years with Genesis Learning Corporation as a General Manager and Kindergarten Teacher, supervising multiple sites.  

Minister Cassandra Cole believes ministry begins with love, relationship, and presence.  She views teaching as a sacred calling—one that nurtures the whole child spiritually, emotionally, and intellectually. Guided by a “Love First” approach modeled after Christ, she creates learning environments where children feel seen, valued, and encouraged to grow. She affirms that God makes every child with purpose and potential, and that learning flourishes when instruction is compassionate, consistent, and tailored to each child’s unique gifts.  

In addition to her church ministry, Minister Cole serves as the Founder and Director of Cole’s Tutoring, a faith-informed educational service dedicated to helping students overcome learning challenges and build confidence in their God-given abilities. She continues to support children, families, and educators through individualized instruction, prayerful guidance, and a steadfast commitment to excellence.
