Candace Roper

Candace has been a member of REAL church for the past five years, where she has served in the Children's Ministry. She is passionate about helping children grow in their faith and enjoys being part of a church community that encourages spiritual growth and service.  Professionally, Candace spent a decade in the classroom as a dedicated educator, developing strong skills in leadership, communication, and mentorship. She now works as a federal employee, bringing a wealth of experience in public service, organizational structure, and community care to the team. 

She and her husband are blessed with three daughters, and together they enjoy growing in faith, supporting one another, and being actively involved in their church family. Candace looks forward to combining her heart for ministry with her professional expertise to support Real Church's vision, steward its resources wisely, and faithfully serve the church family in this new capacity.
